ABOUT COACH DEEP

Coach Deep was built from one belief: your body should make you more powerful in every area of life.

Raheem “Coach Deep” Taylor is a personal trainer, fitness leader, and physique transformation coach with a background rooted in discipline, performance, and

relentless self-improvement. From his military experience in the United States Marine Corps to years of leading, coaching, and developing trainers inside major

fitness organizations, Coach Deep has built his approach around one mission: helping people stop settling for average and start becoming the strongest, most

 confident version of themselves.

His coaching style is direct, structured, and deeply invested. This is not random workouts. This is not surface-level accountability. This is a system built around

strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and metabolic health. Every client is coached with intention, using assessments, progress tracking,

personalized programming, and honest feedback to make sure the work is actually producing results.

Coach Deep specializes in helping busy professionals, especially women who carry real responsibility in their careers, families, and lives, build a body that reflects

confidence, discipline, and control. The goal is not just weight loss. The goal is transformation. Stronger curves. Better posture. More energy. A tighter waist. More

muscle. More confidence. A body that walks into the room before you say a word.

His philosophy is simple: YOU VS YOU.

Your biggest opponent is not your schedule. It is not your past. It is not your age. It is not the version of you who fell off before. The real challenge is whether you

are willing to become the person your goals require.

Coach Deep’s promise is to give every client the truth, the structure, the accountability, and the standard needed to level up. He will push you, support you,

challenge you, and call you higher. But he will not want your goals more than you do.

This is where excuses get exposed. This is where discipline gets built. This is where the old version of you gets left behind.

DIG DEEP TO LEVEL UP.

ATHLETE EXPECTATIONS

1. Honesty & Communication

The fastest way to slow down your results is to hide the truth.

Your coach cannot adjust what you do not communicate. If your nutrition is off, say that. If your sleep is poor, say that. If stress is high, say that. If you missed workouts, skipped meals, drank more than planned, or struggled mentally, be honest about it.

This is not about judgment. This is about accuracy.

The more honest you are, the better your plan can be adjusted. The more vague you are, the harder it becomes to coach you. Real results require real communication.

2. Coachability

You do not need to be perfect. You do need to be coachable.

That means you are willing to listen, apply feedback, ask questions, and make changes when the current version of you is not producing the result you want. Coaching only works when the client is willing to be guided.

There will be moments where the feedback challenges your habits, your excuses, your comfort zone, and your self-image. That is part of the process.

The goal is not to make you feel called out. The goal is to help you rise.

3. Effort & Execution

The plan only works if you work the plan.

You are expected to show up, train with intention, follow your nutrition targets, complete your check-ins, communicate issues early, and bring real effort to each phase of the process.

This does not mean every day will be perfect. It means your standard stays high even when motivation is low.

Results do not come from wishing. They come from repeated execution.

4. Patience & Discipline

Your body will not change overnight, but it will change if you keep showing up.

There will be weeks where the scale moves fast. There will be weeks where it does not. There will be days where you feel strong, and days where you feel tested. None of that means the process is broken.

You are not here for instant gratification. You are here for transformation.

Stay locked in long enough for your body to prove what your discipline has been building.

5. Ownership

At the end of the day, this is your body, your goal, and your responsibility.

Coach Deep will provide the plan, the structure, the adjustments, the accountability, and the coaching. But you are responsible for your effort, your schedule, your choices, your honesty, and your follow-through.

This is a partnership, not a babysitting service.

You bring the ownership. Coach Deep brings the system.
